Carlos R. Cruz

Project Manager, CIDRAP

Mr. Cruz has been the project manager for CIDRAP since 2010. He is responsible for the planning and coordination of the implementation of information/web technology (IT) projects in alignment with and in advancement of CIDRAP's strategic plan.

Mr. Cruz graduated from George Mason University with a BA in economics / BS in business administration, and has a graduate level certificate in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. He has dedicated his skills and time to furthering the development and well-being of diverse people and communities, first working with the American Red Cross, then with the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative, and most recently with the Cooperative Agreement between the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
