Margaret Celebrezze, MA, MPH

Margaret Celebrezze is a project coordinator for the Minnesota Center of Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance (MCEIRS) at CIDRAP. She is responsible for communications, and the administrative, operational, and logistical activities, for multiple influenza and surveillance projects. She first joined the University of Minnesota in 2007 as a project coordinator for the International Cooperative Zoonotic Influenza Research Center. She has extensive experience in the coordination of health-related research and surveillance projects. Her previous experience includes working as an evaluation consultant for nonprofit organizations, managing clinical outcomes studies, and serving as a surveillance officer in the California Emerging Infections Program. Ms. Celebrezze received her BA in psychology from the University of Colorado, her MA in Medical Anthropology from Case Western Reserve University, and her MPH from the University of Minnesota.
