Carlos R. Cruz

Mr. Cruz is the project manager on Promising Practices. He graduated from George Mason University with a BA in economics and a BS in business administration. Since then, he has dedicated his skills and time to furthering the development and well-being of diverse people and communities, first working with the American Red Cross, then with the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative, and most recently with the Cooperative Agreement between the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. He is a candidate for a graduate level certificate in public health at the University of Minnesota.
