Mold findings spark NJ compounding pharmacy recall

(CIDRAP News) – A New Jersey compounding pharmacy yesterday recalled all of its products after a Connecticut hospital found particulates in the company's magnesium sulfate intravenous (IV) solution that were confirmed to be mold.
