Ebola cases are increasing exponentially in Liberia, where taxis might transmit disease.
The move comes a day after the DHS said travelers from outbreak nations would be funneled through 5 airports.
The first batch of an experimental Ebola vaccine landed today in an outbreak country, with officials projecting a trial launch in Liberia within weeks.
Steeply dropping cases, though, may cause the NIAID to vary from the original trial design.
