The Interactive Immunization Data Visualization Tool allows users to explore immunization data and related analyses interactively. To make the most of its features, please follow the instructions below:

  • START BY CLICKING ON THE "STUDIES" TAB
  • INITIAL VIEW: Upon opening the tool, all available data is displayed by default.
    • The left panel provides a summary overview.
    • The right panel lists individual studies, each linked for further detail.
  • CUSTOMIZE THE VIEW: To customize the data view:
    • Click the FILTERS tab located in the top-right corner.
    • Select the desired parameters (virus type, population group, study design, and risk of bias).
    • The visualizations and data will update automatically based on your selections.
    • A 'reset' button is located on the top-left of the heatmap plot. Clicking it clears any user selections and restores all plots and tables to their original state.
  • DATA EXPORT: You can export the dataset using the buttons provided:
    • Choose between CSV or Microsoft Excel formats for download.
  • META-ANALYSIS TAB:
    • Includes all meta-analyses and sensitivity analyses. You can also generate forest plots and summary tables, both of which are available for download in multiple formats.
